Agriculture company in Bakersfield is hiring an experienced Diesel Mechanic to service and repair trucks, tractors, and agricultural equipment. This is a steady, long-term position.

Duties Include:

Diagnose and repair diesel engines

Perform preventative maintenance (oil changes, filters, brakes)

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems

Inspect equipment and ensure safe operation

Maintain clean and organized work area

Requirements:

2+ years diesel mechanic experience (ag or heavy equipment preferred)

Knowledge of diesel engines and hydraulic systems

Ability to work independently

Reliable transportation

Ability to lift 50+ lbs

Basic tools preferred
