Accounting Clerk- Manufacturing

United Staffing Associates has an immediate Accounting Clerk with AR & AP exp. position for one of our manufacturing clients in Corona.

Must have at least 2 years in accounting AR & AP- Apply customer payments, deposit incoming checks online, collections via phone /Email, collect pat due accounting, resolve payment discrepancies, , maintain account spreadsheet, ,match invoices to purchases orders, work with Purchasing dept for payable discrepancies, process weekly check runs, open mail . file /sort, manage cash spread sheets, -must be organized, accurate, detailed have excellent computer skills excel, quickbooks, MS, outlook, must have excellent written and communication skills- will be working with the President of the company-
