The Role:
You will work directly with clients to help them plan and protect their finances while building your own agency. You will assist clients with:

Life insurance solutions
Annuities
IRAs and Roth IRAs
Investment and retirement strategies
Mortgage solutions, including purchases, refinances, and debt consolidation

Who This Is For:
Have a clear income goal of $200,000 within 24 months
Are coachable and open to learning and applying feedback
Are self-motivated with strong people skills
Enjoy helping others
Do not need prior experience in financial services

What We Provide:
Comprehensive initial training and ongoing coaching
Live appointment shadowing and hands-on support — you will NOT be on your own!

What’s Expected:
Obtain a life insurance license – all necessary education and training will be provided.
Obtain securities licenses within 24 months – all necessary education and training will be provided.

This is a commission-based role where earnings are performance-driven. There are no quotas. You may start part-time and work from home or anywhere.
