Full time – Temp to hire
Monday thru Friday – 7am to 3:30pm
$20hr to $26hr depending on experience.

A manufacturing supplier of custom, made to print, precision machined products serving the Aerospace, Defense, Automotive, Medical, Electronics and Commercial industries is seeking a Quality Inspector to join their team in Chatsworth.

Summary: The Inspector inspects parts to confirm they conform to the blueprint or technical drawing.

Responsibilities:
• Inspects and approves incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and rejecting non-conforming products.
• Document’s inspection results by completing reports.
• Accurately enters data collection for time spent on jobs.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following standards and procedures, and complying with legal regulations.
• Assist with calibration of calipers and micrometers.
• Maintain lot control during inspection.
• Management may add or remove job requirements at their discretion.

Qualifications:
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to effectively read Blueprints.
• Experience with measuring devices such as meters, gauges, computers, calipers, and other measuring instruments Written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to type 40 WPM.
