Job Summary (Videographer / Editor)
Coverland is a fast-growing premium automotive accessories brand known for high-quality, custom-fit seat covers and car covers. We’re looking for an in-house Videographer/Editor to join our creative team and help us bring video production fully in-house, from UGC-style performance ads to commercial shoots, product spots, b-roll, and installation/tutorial content.
In this role, you’ll work directly with our Sr. Video Producer and Creative Director to deliver a high volume of performance-driven creatives, primarily for paid media. This position requires strong creative instincts, solid technical production ability, and comfort moving quickly without sacrificing quality.

Responsibilities
• Film, and edit video ads for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google (YouTube/Display)
• Produce a wide range of video formats including:
UGC-style performance ads
Commercial and cinematic product videos
Product b-roll + demo content
Installation tutorials and how-to videos
New ad concepts and creative testing formats
• Own the production workflow including directing, lighting, shooting, editing, and sound design
• Collaborate closely with the Sr. Video Producer on planned shoots, production days, and post workflows
• Be capable of both:
Filming on set with a full team (producer + talent + crew), and
Being deployed solo to capture smaller shoots efficiently
• Work primarily in DaVinci Resolve to enable project handoff and collaboration between editors

Requirements / Qualifications
Strong videography + editing experience creating content for paid social and/or ecommerce
Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve (required)
Comfortable operating as a lead shooter/editor in a fast-paced creative environment
Experience with lighting, audio capture, and directing talent
Must own a DSLR/mirrorless camera and a gimbal setup (or equivalent) for flexible production needs
Strong storytelling instincts, pacing, and attention to brand consistency
Ability to manage tight deadlines and deliver consistent output without heavy supervision
Must have a reel, website, or creative portfolio for us to review.
