Job Description

We are a small but established food production company in Los Angeles looking for a reliable, motivated individual to join our production team, with the opportunity to grow into a supervisory or management role over time.

This is not just a job for someone who wants to clock in and clock out. We are looking for someone who takes pride in what they do, pays attention to details, and wants to learn how a production operation really works. The right person will work directly under an experienced and highly skilled manager who is fair, organized, and genuinely good to work with and learn from.

What the job involves:
• Hands-on production and packaging work
• Learning multiple parts of the operation over time
• Helping keep work areas organized and running smoothly
• Taking on more responsibility as skills and trust are earned

Essential physical job requirements:
• Must be able to lift and move items weighing at least 30 pounds
• Must be able to stand, move, and work on your feet during the entire workday

Who this is for:
• Someone dependable, curious, and mentally engaged
• Someone who wants to grow, learn, and eventually take on leadership responsibility
• Someone bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)
• Someone comfortable with physical, hands-on work

We have many long-term employees, and once people find their fit here, they tend to stay. The operation feels more like a family than a factory. Management cares about keeping the workplace light, respectful, and engaging. This is not a place where someone is standing over your shoulder every minute. We believe people do their best work when they’re trusted, supported, and treated well.

Starting pay is dependent upon skill, ability, and experience and ranges from $18 to $24 per hour.

Additional details:
• Overtime may be required from time to time
• Benefits will be discussed during the interview process
• This is an in-house role — no agencies or recruiters, please
• Must live reasonably close to the job

To apply please email a brief résumé or work history of all employers for whom you have worked. Include:
• Where you worked
• What you did
• How long you stayed at each position
• Explain any gaps in employment history since high school or college

We are more interested in reliability, attitude, and willingness to learn than fancy credentials.
