Job Description
Luxury Boutique Realty Company: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to support our real estate team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a passion for the real estate industry. This role involves assisting with administrative tasks, client interactions, and property management duties to ensure smooth operations within the office.
Duties
Provide administrative support to real estate agents, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
Assist in preparing and organizing documents for property listings, sales agreements, and contracts.
Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to facilitate transactions and resolve inquiries.
Maintain organized records of properties, transactions, and client interactions.
Help manage property listings on various platforms and ensure all information is up-to-date.
Conduct market research to assist agents in pricing properties competitively.
Support marketing efforts by creating promotional materials and managing social media accounts.
Assist with open houses and property showings as needed.
Stay informed about real estate laws and regulations to provide accurate information to clients.
Qualifications
Active California Real Estate License.
Proven experience 5 years minimum in Real Estate, customer service or sales roles.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
Familiarity with real estate administrative tasks and property management principles is preferred.
Knowledge of real estate law is beneficial but not mandatory.
Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients when necessary.
Proficient in using technology tools for document management and communication; familiarity with real estate software, CRM's
