Job Description

Essential Functions:

• You must be able to lift and carry trays/items/equipment that may weigh up to 50 lbs.
• Must have a valid CDL, clean driving record, reliable transportation to arrive on site location for catering events that are off site from the restaurant
• Must be able to stand on your feet for a minimum of 6 to a maximum of 12 hours per shift.
• Flexible schedules, based on cash and carry stops, events, caterings, music festivals, fund raisers, private parties
• You must be able to work the shifts that the position demands: Prepping, cleaning, cooking, organizing, Toast proficient, cash handling, basic knife skills, must have valid food handlers certification, willingness to learn, train, teach, and grow other food team associates once tenured, set up/breakdown/clean up any and all equipment on the food truck/events/caterings
• You must be able to discuss and describe each dish as it’s presented to the guest/table you are serving.
• You must be knowledgeable of service, numbers and seat positions of each table in a catering/restaurant and outside patio environments.
• You will be responsible to follow the opening and closing side-work duties of the food truck position demands.
• Must be clean, neat, organized and have a sense of urgency
• Like all positions, you must adhere to all company procedures and policies as it’s outlined in our company handbook.
• You are responsible to complete the food truck associate training program and pass all tests before working your “first” shift as a food truck team associate.
• As part of your employment with us, you must be a team player and work with your co-workers and assist them in any way needed for the food truck(s) teams and restaurants success
• You are responsible to attend pre-shift meetings at every food truck stop/event/catering.
• You are responsible to adhere to our safety program in creating
a safe working environment at all times for all team members and guests
