Position: Operations Manager needed for a roofing company.

Location: Los Angeles, CA 90036

Schedule: Full-Time.

Duties:
1. Review job approval checklist, contract scope, and homeowner selections.
2. Confirm start date with homeowner and assign crew.
3. Build and manage project timelines using CRM and trackers.
4. Order materials and track daily progress.
5. Prepare and review project estimates. Collaborate with sales/production to confirm takeoffs, measurements, and material specs.
6. Handle change orders and financial tracking.

Requirements:
1. Must have 5+ years experience in roofing operations with high volume.
2. Must be bilingual in Spanish.
3. Must reside in LA County and have a car/driver's license.
4. Computer savvy.
5. High-level organizational skills and ability to manage shifting priorities.
6. Must thrive in a fast-paced environment.
7. Strong proficiency in AccuLynx, iRoofing, & WhatsApp.

Compensation: $85,000 per year + bonus opportunities and PTO.
