Concrete Foundation Foreman – Immediate Opening

SCC Structural Concrete is a growing concrete construction company seeking an experienced Concrete Foundation Foreman to lead foundation crews on residential and commercial projects. This is a long-term opportunity for a foreman who wants stability, growth, and responsibility.

Requirements

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and structural plans

Must own and maintain personal hand tools

Proven experience leading concrete foundation crews efficiently

Strong working knowledge of layout, footings, rebar, formwork, and concrete placement

Responsible, dependable, and detail-oriented

Strong communication skills with crew members, office staff, and inspectors

Ability to maintain jobsite safety, productivity, and quality standards

Responsibilities

Lead and manage foundation crews from layout through concrete placement

Coordinate daily tasks and maintain production schedules

Ensure work is completed per plans, specifications, and code requirements

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite

Represent SCC professionally on every project

This is not a temporary position. We are looking for a foreman who takes ownership and wants to grow with the company.
