DENTAL ASSISTANT (DA/RDA) - South Orange County Dental Office

We are an established family friendly dental office in South Orange County seeking a Dental Assistant to join our back office team (our office hours are Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 4pm). This dental position would support our existing RDA team member with overflow of patients and workflow. Our patients appreciate consistency and genuine care, making your interactions rewarding, and our lighter schedule allows you flexibility while retaining your clinical skills.

The ideal candidate for this position would possess strong clinical skills, a patient-centered approach, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. Responsibilities include greeting patients in the dental office, setting up equipment and materials, sterilizing instruments according to regulations, assisting the dentist through 4-handed dentistry, fabricating temporary crowns, undertaking lab tasks as instructed, providing oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions, ordering dental supplies, keeping the dental room clean and well-stocked, and other tasks as assigned.
