Customer Service Representative – Phone Outreach (B2B)
This role is primarily outbound calling. If you are not comfortable spending most of your day on the phone, do not apply.
LexiconUSA is hiring a Customer Service Representative with a strong telemarketing / outbound calling experience to qualified B2B prospects.
This Role Requires
- Making high-volume outbound B2B calls daily
- Qualifying contacts quickly and moving conversations forward
- Booking meetings and next steps consistently
- Following structured call frameworks and logging activity in CRM
- Working toward clear daily call and booking expectations
Required Background
- Prior telemarketing or outbound calling experience is mandatory
- Strong, confident phone presence
- Comfortable with rejection and call repetition
- Disciplined with tracking, follow-up, and accountability
Do NOT Apply If
- You prefer inbound-only or customer support roles
- You are uncomfortable with call volume or performance metrics
- You need heavy supervision or flexible expectations
- You struggle with rejection or phone-based work
- You are looking for “light” calling or admin tasks
