Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bilingual Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for all callers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and have a background in customer service, with a preference for those familiar with legal terminology. We are a small non-profit organization.

Duties
Respond to incoming calls and assist customers with their inquiries in a timely manner
Provide accurate information regarding our organization, programs, and services
Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our database
Utilize effective phone etiquette to ensure a professional interaction with each caller
Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, procedures, and legal terminology
Demonstrated phone etiquette that reflects professionalism and empathy
Must possess a high-level of attention to detail
Must be able to answer phones and type simultaneously
Must have a strong work ethic and personal integrity
Must be able to work independently as needed
Must have reliable transportation and a strong track record of dependability

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required; AA or BA degree preferred.
Fluency in English and Spanish are required.
Proficient in computer skills, including data entry and familiarity with call center practices
Knowledge of legal terminology is helpful
Ability to analyze situations effectively and provide solutions promptly
Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time (this is a call center)
Minimum 1 year of call center or multi-volume line experience.
