Mid-level Carpenter needed

Apprentice Carpenter:

We are seeking apprentice carpenters with 2+ years' experience to join the team. We are seeking candidates who work well in a team environment, can prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.

Qualifications:

2+ years in the construction industry

Excellent note taking skills a MUST

Technological proficiency a MUST - mainly use of cell phone applications for time tracking, note taking, etc.

Window installation with knowledge of proper flashing

Cabinetry and/or other shop mill work experience a plus

Framing Experience

Excellent time management and prioritization skills.

Detail oriented, logical, and methodical approach to problem solving

Able to respond to changing priorities while continuing to maintain attention to detail

General construction knowledge beyond just finish carpentry - must be willing and able to participate in labor-level tasks such as: digging and trenching (when needed), site maintenance, and assisting higher level team members (Painter, Welder, Finish Carpenters, other trades).

Reliability, punctuality, and a can-do / enthusiastic attitude.

Commitment to performing job with safety in mind

Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs.

Must be legally eligible to work in the United States (proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment)

Must have reliable transportation

Proficiency reading construction drawings, specs, and blueprints, etc. preferred

Compensation:

$21.00 - $27.00 per hour DOE and skill level
