Baker/Panadero – Morning Shifts at Kalaches

We’re hiring a baker to join our small, friendly team at Kalaches Café in SOMA! We specialize in freshly baked kolaches — soft, stuffed pastries in both savory and sweet varieties.

This role includes early-morning baking, prep, and maintaining quality standards. You’ll work in a fast-paced, supportive environment focused on consistency, cleanliness, and creativity.

Responsibilities include:
– Dough prep and baking (training provided)
– Handling fillings and proper portioning
– Managing bake schedules
– Opening kitchen, maintaining cleanliness and food safety

Shifts: 5:00 AM – 8:00 AM
Schedule: 5-6 days/week (MON-SAT)
