Job Title: General Manager
General Manager Wanted: Lead Our new location in SOMA/Mission Bay area in San Francisco
Are you a hospitality-driven leader with a love of business? We're looking for a passionate and experienced General Manager to take the reins of our vibrant, California-centric kitchen and bar located in the heart of San Francisco’s SOMA/Mission Bay District
Our ideal candidate is:

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional service and a seamless guest experience.
• Manage and mentor staff, cultivating a culture of teamwork, professionalism and growth.
• Maintain and improve operational systems to optimize efficiency.
• Drive profitability while staying true to our values of sustainability and local sourcing.
What You’ll Do:
• Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant
• Provide best in class hospitality and ensure seamless guest experience
• Inspire a team of hospitality professionals to overdeliver daily
• Interviewing and onboarding new employees, and training them to function well in front-of-house and back-of-house operations
• Oversee all restaurant operations, including staff training, inventory management, and food, beverage and labor cost control.
• Work closely with the owner, kitchen team and your bar and service teams and team leads. Offer guidance and direction on a high level as well as a detailed level.
Management role is a full time positions requiring 50 hours a week. Be able to lift a keg, tray of food and walk up and down one flight of stairs through out the day.
Management and Customer Service experience is required and MUST be capable of obtaining sexual harassment certification, RBS, and manager food handler card.
