**Hiring - Chinese Restaurant Line-Cook

Canton Restaurant, a Chinese food favorite in Santa Cruz for over 40 years, is expanding and hiring kitchen staff. We are currently looking for dishwashers and line cooks. Both part-time and full-time positions are available.

Requirements

- Previous cooking or kitchen experience is preferred, but we are willing to train you.

- Reliable and punctual

- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen

- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic

- Washing dishes and maintaining a clean dish area

- Assisting in the kitchen as needed

- Following food safety and sanitation standards
