Deburr / Hand Finisher Machine Shop

We are a premier, high-precision machine shop specializing in components for the Medical Device and Aerospace industries. As an ISO 13485 and AS9100 certified facility, we maintain the highest standards of quality and traceability.

We are seeking a dedicated Deburr / Hand Finisher to join our production team. In this role, you are the final touch on high-value parts, ensuring every piece meets elite industry standards for finish and safety.

The Schedule -
Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
Overtime: Regular overtime is available to support our customers' critical timelines based on work performance

Key Responsibilities -
Precision Finishing: Perform intricate deburring on complex parts using hand files, scrapers, and specialized knives.
Surface Integrity: Maintain strict surface finishes and edge break requirements for "flight-ready" or "surgical-grade" components.
Compliance: Follow strict Work Instructions (WI) and maintain accurate documentation/routers to comply with ISO 13485 and AS9100 standards.
Tool Operation: Utilize microscopes, air tools, belt sanders, and sandblasting cabinets.
Quality Inspection: Verify work using calibrated measuring tools like calipers and micrometers.

Physical Requirements -
Lifting: Must be able to safely lift and move containers of parts weighing up to 50 lbs.
Vision: Strong visual acuity (with or without correction) for inspecting small features and defects under magnification.

Requirements -
Quality Mindset: You understand that in Aerospace and Medical manufacturing, precision and "perfection" are non-negotiable.
Manual Dexterity: Excellent hand-eye coordination for working on small-scale, intricate parts.
Reliability: Punctual and ready to contribute to the team starting at 7:00 AM sharp.
Experience: 1–2 years in a machine shop preferred; experience in an ISO or AS certified environment is a significant plus.
