Job Description

BarkerBlue Create is hiring a Customer Service Representative for our Display Graphics / Large Format department.

This role is not entry-level. We’re looking for someone with printing experience who understands production workflows and can confidently manage jobs from start to finish. Large format or display graphics experience is strongly preferred.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Communicating with customers by phone and email (must be comfortable picking up the phone)
Managing multiple print jobs at once and keeping projects moving
Reviewing files and job details (sizes, materials, finishing, deadlines)
Coordinating with production, sales, and dispatch teams
Prioritizing work and delegating tasks when needed
Providing clear, reliable customer service

What We’re Looking For:
Printing experience is required
Large format / display graphics experience strongly preferred
Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Team player who takes ownership and gets the job done
Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Requirements:
Must work onsite (no remote work)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
Overtime occasionally available
