Job Description

We are looking for a dependable and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in administrative roles and be comfortable handling client communication and basic office tasks. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule appointments with clients over the phone

Respond to emails in a timely and professional manner

Create and manage quotes using Excel

Maintain client records and assist with light bookkeeping in QuickBooks

Send follow-ups and reminders as needed

Requirements:

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (specifically for creating and managing quotes)

Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic invoicing

Excellent communication and customer service skills (mostly phone/email – minimal face-to-face interaction)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Prior office or administrative experience preferred
