Your energy, communication style, and ability to connect will play a huge role in shaping the resident experience and driving leasing success in our community.In this role, you’ll be the go-to contact for prospective residents and current tenants—touring apartments, closing leases, managing renewals, and creating positive resident relationships. If you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and love turning conversations into signed leases, this is the role for you.A Day in the Life:You’ll engage with prospects, follow up on leads, close leases, assist with resident renewals, coordinate resident events, and help create a welcoming, energetic community.
