Field Recruiter (Seasonal – Potential to Convert)
Location: Oxnard, CA
Schedule: Full-Time | On-site
Pay: $28–$30/hour DOE
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Field Recruiter to support high-volume staffing for light industrial and clerical roles at our Oxnard branch. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates while working closely with clients to meet staffing demands. This is a seasonal position with strong potential to convert to a permanent role based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through ATS, job boards, referrals, social media, and community outreach
Screen, interview, and match candidates to open assignments
Manage full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Partner closely with clients to understand staffing needs and execution timelines
Build, maintain, and re-engage an active pipeline of qualified candidates
Write and manage effective job postings to attract talent
Ensure recruiting compliance throughout onboarding (I-9s, background checks, drug screens)
Participate in daily fulfillment discussions and prioritize orders accordingly
Maintain accurate documentation of recruiting activity in the ATS
Qualifications
2+ years of recruiting or staffing experience in a high-volume environment
Experience recruiting for light industrial and clerical positions
Strong client service mindset with urgency and accountability
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
