Shop Steel Fabricators/Welders

Fabrication Shop is seeking experienced Steel Fabricators / Welders to join our team. We are looking for dependable, skilled professionals with a strong background in structural, miscellaneous metals, and industrial steel fabrication.
This position is ideal for individuals who can work independently as well as collaboratively in a shop environment and take pride in producing quality work.
Responsibilities:
Fabrication and welding of structural and miscellaneous steel
Reading and interpreting shop drawings
Maintaining quality, accuracy, and safety standards
Working efficiently with minimal supervision
Requirements:
Valid, non-restricted driver’s license (required) — company trucks will be driven
3–5 years of welding and steel fabrication experience
Ability to pass a weld certification test
Own hand tools and reliable transportation
Fluent in English
Handrail and stair experience is a plus
