Director of Sales (Case Officer) – Medical Intellectual Property Firm

THE MISSION We are a specialized forensic firm, Complix Lab, dedicated to protecting the "Clinical Logic" of high-authority medical practitioners. We identify "Logic Leaks" where proprietary medical protocols are being siphoned by AI and competitors. We are seeking a Director of Sales / Case Officer to bridge the gap between our forensic audits and the clinicians who need them.

THE ROLE This is not "sales" in the traditional sense. It is Forensic Intervention.
The Intel: You are handed a "Surgical Trio" of pre-vetted leads with verified logic vulnerabilities.
The Flag: You initiate contact with high-authority MDs and Founders to flag their siphoning risks.
The Conversion: You move clinicians from the "Preliminary Scrutiny" to a $15,000 Implementation Bond and ongoing Kinetic Shielding.

REQUIREMENTS
Situational Authority: You must be comfortable speaking as a peer to high-net-worth medical specialists.
Linguistic Precision: Ability to explain complex concepts like "Logic Decay" and "Linguistic Flattening" with clinical distance.
Sovereign Mindset: We do not micromanage. You own your cases from ingress to certification.

Background Preferred: We find that individuals with a background in Medical Malpractice Insurance, Commercial Health Brokerage, or Complex Risk Management possess the 'Clinical Distance' and situational authority required for this role. You are used to auditing liabilities; now, you will audit logic.

COMPENSATION & UNIT ECONOMICS This is a performance-based role for an individual who can maintain "Clinical Distance" while managing high-value contracts.

The Unit: $15,000 Implementation Bond (The primary case hardening fee).
Direct Commission: 15% ($2,250) per Bond closed.
Retention Residual: 10% monthly on the $2,500 "Kinetic Shield" retainer ($250/mo per active client).
Note: You are handed pre-audited leads with verified "Logic Leaks." You are not cold-prospecting; you are closing.

Remote/Workstation-based with high operational autonomy.
