👔 DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintain a professional, concierge-level security presence
• Post between two buildings to monitor and control access
• Verify authorized residents, registered guests, and approved vendors
• Prevent unauthorized access to the property
• Monitor common areas for safety and security concerns
• Respond promptly to incidents or resident needs
• Enforce property rules in a respectful, non-confrontational manner
• Accurately document and report incidents
