About the Job:
We are looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Representative to join our construction team.
You will help grow sales, build strong client relationships, and promote our products and services to construction professionals and companies.
This role also includes checking construction projects, keeping relationships with industry associations, visiting construction sites, representing the company at trade shows, and using social media to connect with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and follow sales plans to reach goals in the construction sector.
Find and contact potential clients, including contractors and builders.
Maintain and grow relationships with current clients to get repeat business.
Check construction projects and find opportunities for our products and services.
Build strong relationships with industry associations and networks.
Visit construction sites, meet project managers, and build relationships on-site.
Represent the company at trade shows, expos, and events.
Work with the marketing team on presentations and promotional materials.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
Study the market to understand trends and competitors.
Track sales activities and report results regularly.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in construction or related fields.
Good knowledge of construction products, services, and market trends.
Strong communication, negotiation, and people skills.
Able to work independently and manage time well.
Valid driver’s license and able to travel to project sites and events.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in construction sales.
Knowledge of construction project management and procurement.
