Bilingual Multi‑Skilled Tradesperson Needed (1099)

We are looking for a reliable, bilingual (English/Spanish) tradesperson with strong carpentry skills to join our team as a 1099 subcontractor. Multi‑trade experience is a major plus. We are a Cape Coral based residential remodeling and plumbing company.

About the Role
We’re seeking someone who can assist with a variety of residential construction tasks. Carpentry should be your strongest skill, but we value multi‑skilled tradespeople who can jump in where needed. Work may include:

Carpentry (primary skill)
Demo and prep work areas to keep clean
Basic plumbing assistance
Window/door installation
General labor and jobsite coordination
Painting

1099 Requirements (Must Already Have)
To work with us as a subcontractor, you must have:

EIN / W9
General Liability Insurance
Workers Compensation Insurance or a Florida State Workers Compensation Exemption
Reliable transportation
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
