Job Opportunity: Commission-Based Sales Representative (Work From Home)

Are you a motivated, self-driven individual looking for a flexible, commission-only opportunity where your effort directly translates into income? I’m seeking a Commission-Based Sales Representative to help introduce and promote custom LED lighting solutions to three primary markets:

Wellness centers

Spas

Furniture and interior design retailers

These LED products include premium, design-forward lighting and light-therapy installations, including high-value packages that can sell for $10,000 or more per project.

Compensation

This is a commission-only position with strong earning potential:

10% commission on any sale that results from leads you generate (I handle final closing)

15% commission if you follow up and close the sale yourself

Example:

$10,000 sale = $1,000–$1,500 per deal

There is no cap on commissions.

What You’ll Do

Lead Generation:
Use provided lists of potential customers that I’ve generated using ChatGPT. You’ll be shown exactly how these lists are created, and you’ll be encouraged to generate additional lists on your own.

Email Marketing:
Send informative outreach emails to introduce the product, explain benefits, and spark interest.

Content Creation:
Use ChatGPT to generate and adapt email copy, follow-up messages, and simple marketing language. You don’t need to be an expert, but you should be comfortable using AI tools and willing to work independently.

Follow-Up:
Make follow-up phone calls to confirm receipt of emails, answer basic questions, and gauge interest.

Lead Qualification:
When a prospect is interested, you’ll either:

Transfer them directly to me for final closing, or

Close the sale yourself if you’re comfortable doing so.

Tools & Flexibility

There is no CRM or email platform in place yet.

You’ll have the flexibility to use whatever email, dialing, or organization tools you prefer.

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working without rigid systems and can organize their own workflow.

What I’m Looking For

Strong communication skills

Self-motivation and reliability

Comfort using ChatGPT or similar AI tools (or willingness to learn quickly)

Sales or outreach experience is a plus, but not required

This is a great fit for someone who likes autonomy, understands outreach and follow-ups, and wants to earn meaningful commissions without being micromanaged.
