Sous Baker – Ghost Bakery (SF Richmond)

Small ghost bakery in San Francisco (Richmond District) seeking a Sous Baker to help with daily production.

Duties include:
- Preparing dough
- Rolling Scandinavian Buns
- Cleaning and organizing the kitchen
- Helping with ingredient inventory
- Keeping orders moving on time

You are:
- Energetic, quick, clean, and detail-oriented
- A team player
- Baking experience a plus, but not required
- Able to stand for full shifts and lift ingredients
- Food handler certificate required (or willing to get one before starting)

Schedule:
- 6–7 hour shifts, 3–4 days/week
- Weekdays or mix of weekdays/weekends
- Potential to grow into full-time

SF Richmond District (public transit accessible)
