We are expanding our multimillion dollar program and looking to add experienced generous commission-based inside sales professionals. Base pay, commissions, daily bonuses, monthly bonus.
Position Overview
This role involves incoming and outgoing phone sales, outbound follow-up to warm leads, and long-term account management that generates repeat and re-order business.
This is not entry-level and not customer service.

Responsibilities
• Inbound and outbound phone sales
• Follow-up on quotes and active opportunities
• Work with contractors, municipalities, and government buyers
• Close sales and manage repeat orders
• Update CRM and sales systems accurately
• Meet weekly and monthly sales goals
• Construction industry knowledge helpful
• Past procurement purchasing sales helpful
• We drug test
• No Customer Facing (internet and phone sales only)
• No Predictive Dialing (not a call center)

Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
• Past commission-based sales experience
• Minimum 2 years phone sales experience
• Documented prior earnings of $60,000+
• Clear, professional English-speaking voice
• Strong computer skills:
o Microsoft 365 / Outlook
o PDF tools (adobe reader/ acrobat basic
o Word / Excel
o Google Sheets / Google Drive/ Shared Doc
o CRM experience (training provided)
• Will train on:
• QUICKBOOKS invoicing (WILL TRAIN)
• PIPEDRIVE CRM (WILL TRAIN)
• ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR (WILL TRAIN)
• ADOBE PHOTO SHOP (WILL TRAIN)
• QUICKBOOKS (WILL TRAIN)
• AI tools CHAT GPT (WILL TRAIN)
• Must work 100% in-office NO REMOTE WORK

Compensation & Benefits
• Base Pay: 37.5 HOUR WORK WEEK
o $800/week (first 90 days) (1 HOUR LUNCH)
o $900/week after 90 days (1 HOUR LUNCH)
• Uncapped Commission (finally get paid for what you are worth)
• Daily bonus paid weekly
• Monthly Bonus
• Recurring commissions from repeat orders
• Expected Annual Earnings: $90,000–$120,000+
o Current sales staff earning more than $100,000+
