Key Responsibilities
Help business owners succeed. Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chats from entrepreneurs seeking working capital and explain funding options clearly and confidently.
Problem-solve like a pro. Navigate objections, stalled applications, and common funding roadblocks with patience and efficiency.
Guide & support. Walk clients through next steps—from uploading bank statements to understanding approval and funding timelines.
Work cross-functionally. Collaborate with underwriters, funding specialists, and operations to deliver a seamless client experience.
Gather insights. Share customer feedback that helps improve our platform, processes, and product offerings.
What We’re Looking For
Confident communicator. You articulate value clearly, listen actively, and tailor conversations to each business owner.
Results-driven. You’re motivated by goals, performance metrics, and closing the loop.
Resilient under pressure. You stay composed through objections, setbacks, and fast-paced environments.
Consultative mindset. You diagnose needs first and recommend solutions—not pitches.
Coachability. You apply feedback quickly, embrace training, and continuously improve.
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a customer-facing role (finance, SaaS, or services preferred).
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
Comfort using CRM systems and sales tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying organized and accountable.
Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace during standard U.S. business hours.
