Full Time - Tire Technician

Key Responsibilities:
* Tire Services: Mount, dismount, repair (patching, plugging), balance, and install new tires.
* Maintenance: Rotate tires, adjust pressure, perform fleet checks, and conduct inspections for wear or damage.
* Customer Interaction: Advise customers on tire selection, explain services, and provide recommendations for safety and longevity.
* Shop Operations: Keep the work area clean and organized, unload and stock inventory, and perform equipment maintenance.
* Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, especially when working with heavy equipment or large tires. 
Required Skills & Abilities:
* Physical strength to lift heavy tires (up to 75-80 lbs).
* Proficiency with hand and power tools.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Good communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
