📍 **Location:** Walnut Creek, CA
🕘 **Schedule:** Full-Time | On-Site | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
We are seeking a professional, highly organized **Assistant to the Office Manager** to support daily office operations and perform accurate data entry. This role is ideal for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
### **Key Responsibilities**
**Administrative Support**
* Provide direct support to the Office Manager with daily operations
* Manage calendars, scheduling, and office correspondence
* Prepare documents, reports, and internal communications
* Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
**Data Entry & Office Systems**
* Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems
* Review data for accuracy and completeness
* Generate basic reports and spreadsheets as needed
* Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
**General Office Duties**
* Assist with office organization and workflow efficiency
* Order office supplies and track inventory
* Additional accurate document support
* Support special projects and deadlines as assigned
* Take initiative as a self-starter
### **Required Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree required
* High level of computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
* Strong Microsoft Excel skills (spreadsheets, data tracking, basic formulas)
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
* Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
*Certified 45 -50 WPM around 300 KPM
### **Preferred Skills**
* Prior experience in office administration or data entry
* Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
