SUBCONTRACTOR CREWS WANTED – COMMERCIAL RESTAURANT CONSTRUCTION
We are actively seeking established subcontractor crews for commercial restaurant remodels and repairs, including front and back of house work. This is ongoing, multi-location work for crews that can travel, work nights, and deliver quality results on schedule.

🚨 REQUIRED – NO EXCEPTIONS
• Active Workers’ Compensation insurance (no exemptions accepted)
• General Liability insurance
Crews without BOTH will not be considered.

Typical Scope of Work:
• Commercial kitchen appliance and equipment install/removal
• Full Restroom remodels
• Quarry tile installation
• Stainless steel wall paneling, FRP, and drop ceilings
• Electrical and plumbing related to restaurant remodels and repairs
• Interior and exterior facade
• Coordination with project managers on active job sites
• Night work required
• Travel to site and work for weeks at a time depending on project location

Crew Requirements:
• Proven experience in commercial kitchens, preferably chain restaurants
• Ability to self-manage manpower and complete jobs on schedule
• Ability to read blue prints
• Strong electrical and plumbing capabilities within the crew
• 3+ years experience across multiple trades, including:
◦ Drop Ceilings
◦ Masonry
◦ Drywall
◦ Tile
◦ Framing
• Laticrete experience preferred
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and flexible schedules
• Professional, reliable, and safety-focused crew
