Job Description
Premium Carrier looking for an experienced TEAM!!! Must be a pre-made Team, we will not Team up. We can take a Company Driver Team, or Owner Op team. We can hire anywhere except in CA.

-- JOB DETAILS:
* We run exclusively Gov Contracted freight. Requires a special clearance which we pay for, and assist you in obtaining. Most of our teams are spouse's, but we'll take a good experienced Team regardless. Hazmat is required, but we can start the application and approval process if you are willing to obtain it.
* Company Teams are out 3 weeks, home for a week. Owner Op teams are non-forced dispatch, so you determine your hometime.
* We can take a Dry Van team (no-touch), or a Flatbed team (requires tarping).

make $228k+ year one, $243k+ year two. Scheduled raises every annually for 5 years.
>>>>>> Owner Op teams: Paid 71% of load, and 100% of Fuel Surcharge.
Gross $400-500k in a normal year, in a slow year $300-400k, in a good year $500-600k. (Our highest O/O Team did $900k a few yrs back). Non-forced dispatch, all our O/O’s take at least a week off per month on average.
* No driver facing cameras. Benefits for Company Drivers start 1rst of the month after 30 days. Paid Vacation.
* Brand new trucks for Company Drivers. 2026 Freightliners coming in, fully loaded. Our drivers get a new truck about every 3 years. We are required to maintain pristine equipment, due to the nature of the freight. We swap out every truck for a new one around 400-500k miles.
-- HIRING REQs
We are a smaller carrier, and due to the nature of our freight, a little stricter than most.
Main thing is that neither driver can have a Felony (for qualifying for the Gov clearance), and no SAP.
Both drivers need at least 2 years driving experience to qualify. We can only take a pre-made Team, we cannot Team up.
