Job description:

COMPANY DRIVERS: WE PAY 60DRY VAN / 65CPM REEFER , BOTH EMPTY AND LOADED.
You can earn a clean check from $1500 up to $2500 as company driver and up to 3500$ as lease to own (owner operator) driver.
Our package includes a fuel card that provides discounts at Flying J and Pilot gas stations, and you will be driving NEW trucks that are fully equipped with a new mattress, fridge, and inverter. You will be driving 2700-3200 miles per week, and we offer a weekly direct deposit (1099 position) every Friday.

Our drivers typically work for minimum of 3 weeks and then get up to 4 days off. We also offer detention pay, and cash advances, and allow pets and passengers.
Additionally, we provide extra stop and longevity bonuses, referral bonuses, safety bonuses, and clean level 1,2,3 inspection bonuses of up to $500.

To join our team, you must have a valid Class A CDL, a current DOT physical, and be at least 23 years of age with at least 2 years of regional or OTR experience.

**Corporate office is located in GLEENWOOD IL. After being accepted you will need to come to our office to complete the setup process. We will provide you with a plane ticket, driver will pick you up from the airport and bring you to our office for couple of hours orientation and you will be put under dispatch no later then the next day. You hit the road from there and go home with the truck for your days off.

-WE DO EMPLOYMENT VERIFICATION.

Get paid 75/77% or 88% of the gross revenue ( if you go with 75% from the gross revenue in the 25% that we keep you have included: trailer rent (REEFER), cargo liability, dispatch fee and ELD service. If you go with the 77% in the 23% that we keep you have included: trailer rent (DRY VAN OR FLATBED), cargo liability, dispatch fee and ELD service.

If you choose the 88% from the gross revenue plan in the 12% that we keep it is only the dispatch fee included and you pay for the other services separately
This is the price of the services separately if you decide to go with the 88% of the gross revenue where you have only the dispatch fee included (we have only new trailers):
Reefer- 400$ weekly
Dry Van- 300$ weekly

Flatbed-$330 53 ft / Flatbed 300$ 48 ft
Cargo Liability insurance - 350$ value weekly
ELD Service- 15$ weekly

Average weekly gross pay from $6,000 to $9,000 clean weekly check from 2000$-3500$ per week depending on your efficiency and dedication to
generating your revenue.

Your additional costs would be:
2500$ Escrow that can be deducted with 100$ from your weekly check. That money will be under your name (basically like your own savings) and you will take them back once you leave the company within an additional 45 days and everything is fine.
200$ Physical insurance for the truck
60$ Registration and HWY taxes weekly
50$ Occ insurance weekly
0.03 cpm truck maintenance -these money are yours money, you can take them back at any time and use them for your purposes.
100$ Trailer maintenance weekly

REQUIREMENTS

Valid Class A CDL
At least 2 years of OTR truck driving experience. CLASS A
Clean driving record- No more then 3 moving violations or accidents in the past 3 years
Current DOT Physical
Must be at least 23 years of age
NO TRUCK ABANDONED PREVIOUS EMOLOYMENT VERIFICAITON SHOULD BE RECEVIED.
