Customer Care Representative (Remote – USA Only)

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Care Representative to join our remote support team. This role is open exclusively to applicants based in the United States. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, resolve inquiries efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience while working from a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels
Resolve customer issues, complaints, and service requests in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, billing, and company policies
Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate teams when necessary
Meet or exceed performance metrics including response time, quality, and customer satisfaction
Maintain professionalism, empathy, and a positive attitude in all customer interactions

Qualifications & Requirements
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Must be physically located within the United States
High school diploma or equivalent required (college degree preferred)
Prior experience in customer service, call center, or remote support preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Proficient with computers, CRM systems, and communication tools
