IMMIGRATION PARALEGAL – FAMILY & MARRIAGE-BASED (REMOTE) – 5+ YEARS

Established Los Angeles–based immigration law practice is seeking an experienced
IMMIGRATION PARALEGAL with strong expertise in family- and marriage-based cases.

This is a fully remote, long-term position for a senior paralegal who can independently prepare and review filings prior to attorney signature.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
• Adjustment of Status (I-130 / I-485 marriage cases)
• CR1 / IR1 spousal visas
• K-1 fiancé visas
• Naturalization / U.S. Citizenship (N-400)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Independently prepare full family- and marriage-based petitions (USCIS & NVC)
• Assemble evidence packages per current USCIS standards
• Prepare AOS, CR1/IR1, and K-1 packets end-to-end
• Communicate with clients to obtain documents
• Conduct final quality review before attorney signature
• Track deadlines and case progress
• Work efficiently in a remote environment

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ years of hands-on U.S. immigration law experience
• Strong family/marriage-based case expertise
• Ability to prepare cases independently
• Excellent written communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Experience with digital case management systems

PREFERRED:
• Marriage-based interview and RFE experience
• High-volume practice experience
• Prior remote work experience
