Sales Closer – Tax Resolution Services (In-Office)

About the Role:

We are a fast-growing tax resolution firm helping individuals and businesses resolve complex IRS and state tax matters through ethical, compliant, and transparent solutions.

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Closer with a strong background in tax law sales who understands the mechanics of high-tax-value case closing and can confidently convert warm, pre-qualified leads into signed clients without misrepresentation or guarantees.

Responsibilities:
• Close high-ticket tax resolution cases from warm, pre-qualified leads
• Conduct in-depth consultations in person, by phone, or via Zoom
• Clearly explain tax resolution options, processes, risks, and expectations
• Accurately assess client situations and communicate appropriate solutions
• Handle objections professionally while remaining compliant and ethical
• Never make guarantees or promises regarding outcomes
• Follow up with prospects to maximize conversions
• Maintain detailed and accurate CRM notes and documentation
• Work closely with intake specialists, enrolled agents, and case managers


Requirements:
• Proven experience as a sales closer in tax resolution / tax law
• Strong understanding of high-tax-liability cases and closing mechanics
• Ability to explain complex tax matters in a clear, compliant manner
• Demonstrated ethical sales practices (no pressure tactics, no guarantees)
• Excellent phone presence, communication, and negotiation skills
• Results-driven, disciplined, and professional
• Experience using CRM systems and structured sales processes
• Ability to work on-site during business hours
