About the Role

We’re looking for energetic, reliable, and customer-focused Budtenders / Receptionists to join our team. This role is the first and last impression of our shop perfect for someone who loves cannabis, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to deliver top-tier customer service.



Responsibilities

Reception Duties
• Greet patients with a friendly, professional attitude
• Verify IDs and check patients in accurately
• Manage patient flow and wait times
• Answer phones and basic questions
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk

Budtender Duties
• Educate customers on flower, vapes, edibles, concentrates, and accessories
• Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences
• Upsell responsibly while maintaining compliance
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Promote daily deals, loyalty programs, and specials
• Maintain displays and keep product areas stocked and clean



Requirements
• Must be 18+
• Valid government-issued ID
• Cannabis dispensary experience preferred (but willing to train the right person)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable with fast-paced environments
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
