Retail Associate – Havana House Cigars & Lounge (Alhambra)

Havana House Cigars & Lounge in Alhambra is looking for a reliable, friendly Retail Associate to join our team.

We’re a well-established cigar lounge with a strong neighborhood following, and we’re looking for someone who enjoys customer interaction and takes pride in a well-run shop.

Job Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers in a professional, welcoming manner
• Operate POS/register and handle cash accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of retail and lounge areas
• Stock shelves, restock humidors, and help with inventory
• Ensure customers follow lounge rules and maintain a relaxed, respectful environment
• Open and/or close the shop as scheduled

Requirements:
• Retail or customer service experience preferred
• Must be dependable, punctual, and responsible
• Comfortable interacting with a diverse customer base
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Cigar knowledge is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person
• Must be 21+
