Real Estate CRM & Automation Manager

Ascended is seeking a technically skilled CRM & Automation Manager to own and manage our lead data systems, outbound automations, and CRM infrastructure. This role is critical to keeping our acquisition and investor marketing engines running smoothly.
You will be responsible for building, maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing automations across GoHighLevel, custom workflows, and third-party data sources. This role blends real estate operations with automation engineering and requires someone comfortable working hands-on with systems—not just managing them.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain all CRM automations within GoHighLevel (SMS, voicemail drops, campaigns, workflows)
Turn automations on/off, modify logic, and build new outbound campaigns as needed
Pull and manage investor and lead data using RealEstateAPI
Build and maintain list-pull and data workflows using n8n
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across CRM, automations, integrations, and data flows
Ensure lead routing, tagging, attribution, and follow-up logic are functioning correctly
Support integration of new software tools for texting, voicemail, and developer-driven workflows
Maintain clean, accurate lead data and prevent duplication or automation conflicts
Document systems, workflows, and automation logic for internal use
Required Experience
Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel CRM and automations
Strong understanding of SMS, voicemail drops, and outbound campaign logic
Experience working with APIs, webhooks, and automation tools (n8n or similar)
Comfortable debugging broken workflows and fixing live automation issues
Strong data management and organizational skills
Preferred Experience
Experience supporting real estate acquisition or investor marketing teams
Familiarity with lead sourcing, skip tracing, or investor buyer databases
Light coding or scripting experience (JavaScript, JSON, REST APIs)
Experience supporting developer-facing tools or internal software
