Male Caregiver/Companion Needed - Long Term Assignment

We are seeking an experienced, kind and compassionate Male Caregiver/Companion for a Male Patient who resides in Los Angeles.

Total Care Patient. All ADL's. He is very independent, but does use a walker and is a fall-risk. You must have experience with Parkinson's patients. You also must drive (appointments, meals, errands, etc.). He also has a very friendly and loveable dog. This is a LONG TERM POSITION.

TWO SHIFTS AVAILABLE:
Monday through Friday: 4:30PM - 11:30PM OR
Saturday and Sunday: 4:30PM - 11:30PM

DUTIES INCLUDES (but are not limited to):
*Companionship
*All ADL'S
*Driving Patient around (errands, appointments, etc.)
*Assist with lift

MUST HAVES:
*At least one (1) year of senior caregiving experience
*Experience with Parkinson's patients
*Driver's License w/reliable vehicle and insurance showing you are a covered driver
*Current HCA (Home Care Aide) Registry ID
*Current TB Test Results (or proof you have recently taken one)
*Second Form of ID (one of the following): Social Security Card, US Passport, US Passport Card, Valid Permanent Resident Card or Valid Employment Authorization Card
