* Communicate specials with the front staff

The Line Cook is responsible for communicating with the Prep Cook items that need to be stocked, prepped, or cleaned.
Experience: 2+ years

Rate of Pay: $16.90 per hour + tip pool - Average Pay: $20 per hour

* Preparar los platos del menú de forma precisa y puntual
* Preparar los alimentos y abastecer la línea de servicio
* Limpiar y desinfectar
* Rotar y reponer el inventario
* Guardar los pedidos recibidos
* Realizar inventario
* Comunicar las ofertas especiales al personal de sala
* Ser un miembro positivo del equipo, tanto con el personal de sala como con el de cocina
El cocinero de línea es responsable de comunicar al ayudante de cocina los artículos que necesitan ser repuestos, preparados o limpiados.
Experiencia: 2 años o más

Salario: $16.90 por hora + propinas
Salario promedio: $20 por hora
