FOOD TRUCK WORKER

We are hiring a kitchen team member to work on our food truck and assist with catering and special events. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced environment. We serve at LARGE festivals, sometimes these festivals are 2, 3, 4 days. We also cater to everything from kids birthday parties, corporate events, weddings and formal gatherings.

Job Duties Include:

*Working inside the food truck during service

*Offering samples outside the food truck

*Food prep (cutting, portioning, prepping ingredients)

*Maintaining proper food safety standards (temperature control, storage, sanitation)

*Assisting with catering events (setup, service, breakdown)

*Keeping the kitchen and work areas clean and organized

*Supporting the team during busy service periods

Requirements:

*Prior kitchen or food service experience

*Knowledge of basic food safety practices

*Ability to work efficiently in a small space

*Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team

*Able to stand for long periods and perform light lifting

Preferred but Not Required:

*Food truck or catering experience

*Food handler’s permit (or willingness to obtain one)
