Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Gas Station Attendant/Cashier/Assistant Manger to provide excellent customer service at our Gas Station . This role involves managing transactions, assisting customers, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, basic math proficiency, and experience in retail sales or grocery store environments. Bilingual abilities and supervising experience are a plus to enhance customer interactions and team support.

Responsibilities

Operate the POS system efficiently to process sales and handle cash transactions accurately
Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service
Stock shelves, merchandise products, and ensure the store is clean and organized
Maintain proper cash handling procedures and balance registers at shift end
Enforce safety protocols and ensure the store environment remains welcoming and safe for all visitors
Support supervising staff with training or overseeing daily operations when needed

Skills Required

Must be able to work 6 am to 2 pm and some weekends
Experience with POS systems, cashiering, and retail sales processes
Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities preferred
Customer service-oriented with a friendly demeanor
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and retail math calculations
