Executive Housekeeper

An executive family in Palo Alto is seeking a highly skilled and detail-driven Housekeeper to take full ownership of the daily care and upkeep of their 6,000 sq. ft. residence. The ideal candidate is professional, proactive, and meticulous — someone who takes pride in maintaining a beautifully organized, “hotel-ready” home environment.
This role requires strong knowledge of caring for fine furnishings, surfaces, and garments, as well as excellent organizational abilities. The Housekeeper will work collaboratively with a full-time Nanny and must be comfortable in a child-friendly, pet-friendly household.

Responsibilities include daily home maintenance, deep cleaning, laundry and wardrobe care, managing inventories, vendor coordination, and occasional support for family entertaining and travel.

What We’re Looking For:
• 5+ years of experience in a private home with stellar references
• Expertise in caring for high-end materials and finishes
• High attention to detail with strong initiative and time-management skills
• Professional demeanor, discretion, and a warm, positive attitude
• Ability to lift 40 lbs., valid driver’s license, and legal work authorization

Schedule & Benefits:
• Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm with flexibility for occasional evenings/weekends
• $55–$65/hr based on experience
• Paid vacation, sick time, and standard holidays
