Business Development Representative

SUMMARY:
Drive sales growth by making initial contact with potential customers and educate them on the impact our products can have on their organization. Serve a pivotal role in identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities, securing new accounts, and turning leads into prospects.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Master the identification of relevant prospects at target companies
• Initiate connections with target prospects using industry best practices utilizing phone, email, and social channels
• Skillfully build interest and create qualified opportunities with new prospects
• Be an expert on our product and able to passionately explain how CEWS can make an impact on
our customers’ businesses
• Provide support to Sales through the development of qualified leads and opportunities that result in closed business
• Position yourself to understand the needs of potential customers.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Associate degree or above (Preferred).
• In lieu of degree must have at least two years of sales experience in a quota bearing position and/or appointment setting experience.

• Must be coachable and be able to apply new concepts quickly.
• Engaging individual with excellent phone communication skills, time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to speak with IT professionals, including CEOs, VP’s and Directors and ask thought-provoking questions.
