Open House Sign Placement & Pickup (Weekends)

Looking for a reliable adult to handle open house sign placement and pickup on Saturdays and Sundays in Santa Cruz County.

I provide a map with general intersections and arrow directions. Final sign placement must be decided on site based on visibility, traffic flow, sidewalk clearance, and safety. Each sign requires attention to corner choice and angle so it is visible to the most passing traffic. This is not only a drop off and pick up task.

Typical setup is about 12 signs per open house. Signs must be placed correctly and all collected at the end of the day.

Pay is $40 per open house, with an additional $10 on the occasions when hours need to be written on signs. Signs must be out by 8:00 AM. Pickup is typically between 4:40 and 5:30.

Ideally, you would keep the signs with you during the week to avoid repeated pickups and drop offs.

Must be dependable, detail oriented, and comfortable working independently and making on site decisions.
