Pastry Cook:

Duties and responsibilities:
-Work closely with the pastry chef to plate desserts during service with precision and artistry, with the goal of running service independently
-Perform pastry prep, including doughs, creams, mousses, and other elements to the highest standard
-Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper storage of all pastry ingredients

Experience:
-Minimum of 1 year in a dedicated pastry position or completion of culinary school with a pastry focus
-Experience in fine-dining or high-volume, high-quality pastry production is preferred

Requirements:
-Highly motivated, professional, and detail-oriented
-Eagerness to learn and master modern pastry techniques
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment

Compensation:
-$25+/hour based on experience, plus approximately $200 in tips per week
